Quote
“I am NOT a subscriber to the “No pain no gain” motto
People have vastly different pain tolerance. I adjust the pressure to cater to every individual according to what they can tolerate. Remedial massage often focuses on releasing the deep tissue and therefore can be painful. This can still be a relaxing experience. Too much pain can prevent muscles from relaxing which is counterproductive.”
“I am fascinated by the human body and eager to learn more about the way it works, the way we can work with it to heal pain and injuries naturally and how I can continue to help the clients I meet. I would love to see more people live in harmony with how the body works and to have drug-free pain relief where possible.”
